The Importance of Early Intervention
Early Intervention is our primary focus. This vital work supports children from birth through grade three. Looking ahead, the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) plans to develop companion campaigns. These campaigns will raise awareness of the essential services provided across the birth-to-grade-three continuum.
Engaging Stakeholders
The upcoming campaign aims to engage a variety of stakeholders. State and local decision-makers will play a crucial role. The audience includes:
Early Intervention leaders
Family leaders
Policymakers
CSPD team members
State ICC members
State and local leaders for ages 3–5 and K–3 interested in shaping future campaigns

The DEC looks forward to imagining what’s possible—together. By collaborating, sharing resources, and advocating for Early Intervention, the organization aims to shape policies and practices.
