  • Apr 17
  • 1 min read

Together, we will explore:

  • What can be accomplished collectively!

  • How resources can be pooled, stories shared, and influence expanded!

  • How to elevate Early Intervention (EI) as a shared national priority!

The Importance of Early Intervention

Early Intervention is our primary focus. This vital work supports children from birth through grade three. Looking ahead, the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) plans to develop companion campaigns. These campaigns will raise awareness of the essential services provided across the birth-to-grade-three continuum.

Engaging Stakeholders

The upcoming campaign aims to engage a variety of stakeholders. State and local decision-makers will play a crucial role. The audience includes:

  • Early Intervention leaders

  • Family leaders

  • Policymakers

  • CSPD team members

  • State ICC members

  • State and local leaders for ages 3–5 and K–3 interested in shaping future campaigns

Upcoming Dates for Engagement

Mark your calendars for the following dates:

Imagining What’s Possible Together

The DEC looks forward to imagining what’s possible—together. By collaborating, sharing resources, and advocating for Early Intervention, the organization aims to shape policies and practices. This work ensures that all young children, especially those with or at risk for developmental delays, thrive in an equitable and inclusive society.
