The Executive Board Election is Open Now

It's time to elect new members to the DEC Executive Board! As DEC members, voting is your right and responsibility. Now, more than ever, we need strong leadership at DEC. We need leaders ready to support the DEC Priority Issues Agenda. We need leaders ready to keep DEC moving ever forward towards being an anti-racist professional organization. We need leaders ready to work to support members, subdivisions, and partners seeking solutions to the very real challenges facing our field due to the pandemic. We need leaders that support advocacy efforts focused on the needs of young children with disabilities and other special needs, their families, and the professionals who serve them. (That's you!) We count on you to elect new members to the Board who not only represent various constituents within DEC and our field as a whole, but also bring a high level of energy and commitment to serving the organization.
