Call for Applications: Young Exceptional Children (YEC) Journal Editor
The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) of the Council for Exceptional Children is recruiting an editor for the Young Exceptional Children (YEC) journal to serve a 4-year term beginning July 1, 2021. The YEC Editor provides the overall leadership of the journal. As such, the YEC Editor sets the tone and vision for the journal, keeping in line with DEC’s overall mission and purpose. The YEC Editor manages all the day-to-day logistics and operation of the journal. The current YEC editor is Greg Cheatham. The specific plans for the overlap will be developed by the two editors.
