DEC members, please ACT NOW - we need your help! We are asking Congress to provide a one-time infusion of emergency funds for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), including early intervention and early childhood special education preschool services, in a stimulus bill. This infusion of funds will directly target and support the needs of states, school districts, educators and early intervention programs and providers.
