National Disability Call-in Day to Save Medicaid – Monday, September 25, 2017

Senator Graham (R-SC) and Senator Cassidy (R-LA) are poised to introduce another bill on Wednesday September 27 to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The bill is being referred to as the “Graham-Cassidy” bill and is available here with a section by section summary available here.

This healthcare bill significantly cuts and caps Medicaid reimbursements for children and their families in early intervention, preschool special education and school programs. Funding for children is cut 31% in this bill.
