Evaluation of Existing Department of Education Regulations – Call for Input

The Department of Education is seeking input on existing regulations that may be appropriate for repeal, replacement, or modification. DEC is currently developing comments in response to this call, and plans to share the comments with DEC membership the week of August 14, 2017. DEC recommends that members and all interested stakeholders submit comments in response to this important opportunity. Comments are very easy to submit on the website and are all due by August 21st. The DEC comments will be available for you to review as you prepare your own remarks. Information is available here.
