DEC Provides Comments on Child Care and Development Fund Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

In collaboration with ITCA, the DEC Policy Council and Executive Board submitted comments on selected portions of the NPRM that relate to young children with disabilities and their families. The statutory and regulatory changes made to the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) are designed to support high-quality child care experiences for all young children and we are confident these changes will result in increased availability of these opportunities for children with disabilities and their families.
