Every Child Can Fly: Including Children with Disabilities in Early Childhood Education Join us for the Keynote Session on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025! Presented by Jani Kozlowski, MA Let's face it, recent years have been stressful, especially for early childhood educators. How can we promote the inclusion of children with disabilities during these unpredictable times? It may be a challenge, but it’s a challenge our field can overcome together! In this session, Jani will share personal stories, current research and evidence-based practices for educators, coaches, trainers and leaders in early childhood programs. Participants will learn strategies to foster inclusive learning environments, individualized teaching practices and meaningful family engagement. Working together we can foster inclusion in a way that is supportive for each and every child, family, and educator. Together we will thrive! Jani Kozlowski, MA is a passionate early childhood professional, author, speaker, technical assistance specialist and consultant focused on supporting each and every child and family during the most critical period of development. Jani provides professional development and technical assistance for state leaders, educators and other practitioners around topics such as early childhood inclusion, infant-toddler development, collaborative partnerships, social-emotional development, quality improvement initiatives, and workforce professional development systems. She currently leads initiatives focused on early childhood inclusion and the early childhood workforce at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Jani delivers uplifting and inspiring keynote presentations and workshops for in-person and virtual events. With her down-to-earth style and lighthearted stories, Jani will make you laugh, cry, consider new ideas and experience "light bulb moments."
