Call for DEC Executive Board Nomination Committee Members

DEC invites racially/ethnically diverse DEC members to apply for the DEC Executive Board Nomination Committee.

This committee guides the nomination process for the 2024 DEC Executive Board including reviewing the application process and related materials, reviewing nominee applications, and assisting with election activities (e.g., candidate interviews, ‘meet the candidate’ events).

This committee meets from March through December 2023 with approximately 20 hours of effort (with most concentrated work during March, June, and September/October). All activities will be completed virtually. You must be a current DEC member to participate.

This committee is comprised of:

• 3 DEC owners (i.e., members) who were not on the previous year’s committee

• Immediate Previous Nominations Committee member

• DEC Executive Board President-Elect

• DEC Executive Board Member-at-Large
