The DEC Leadership Community of Practice is open to any DEC community member. In connecting members with a shared interest in leadership across EI and ECSE spheres of influence, the DEC Leadership CoP engages in intellectual discourse to empower leaders with research and resources focused on the implementation of evidence-based leadership practices that positively impact outcomes for EI/ECSE stakeholders.
