Research CoP
Shared interests and practices contribute to the birth-8 early intervention/early childhood special education (EI/ECSE) research field by increasing knowledge of EI/ECSE research, initiatives and topics. Research also aids in supporting institutions of higher education by providing accessible courses and professional development around EI/ECSE research methods and processes, as well as exploring funding opportunities and grant development for EI/ECSE research activities.
CoP participants receive a network of support across practitioners, higher education faculty, professional development providers, and families with a shared interest in supporting high quality research leading to optimal
outcomes for young children and their families.
Join the Research CoP
Benefits of joining the EI/ECSE Research CoP include the opportunity for research collaborations with researchers, community members, families, practitioners, and more. Members may also learn of available funding opportunities and share successes and challenges related to developing high quality proposals and conducting high quality EI/ECSE research.
Please join by completing the form below. As a newly developed CoP, we are using this form to assess needs, facilitate networking, resource-sharing, problem-solving, and collaboration around EI/ECSE research-related questions and discussions.
