The DEC Inclusion, Equity, and Social Justice Community of Practice (IESJ CoP) hopes to bring together individuals committed to growth and learning around equity, inclusion, and social justice issues within the early care and education field. This CoP is designed to center the experiences and outcomes of those most marginalized within our community and to help members use principles of equity, inclusion, and social justice in their own work.
