The DEC staff is composed of individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, united in their passion for supporting early childhood education. They are dedicated to DEC's mission of promoting policies and advancing evidence-based practices that support families and enhance the optimal development of young children (0-8) who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities.
