DEC Position Statements
Position statements are formal expressions of the Division for Early Childhood that have been developed with input, reviewed by members, and approved by the Executive Board.
Each Position Statement addresses a specific topic or issue, and represents the official position of the organization.
Distribution of these papers is encouraged; permission to reprint is not necessary, but a citation is required.
