Your Senator Wants to Hear from You!

Senators have returned to Capitol Hill and are working on the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA). This is the healthcare bill that significantly cuts and caps Medicaid reimbursements for children and their families in early intervention, preschool special education and school programs. A vote may happen as early as next week!

DEC and other groups met with Senators, Representatives, and their staff today (July 11) on the Hill and they told us they need many letters and phone calls with personal stories about the importance of Medicaid funding.

Take action now and ask your Senator to vote NO to BCRA.
