ED Early Learning Challenge Tour and Race to the Top- Early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC)
On August 1st and 2nd, Secretary of Education John King led an Early Learning Challenge Tour highlighting the successes of Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC) grantee states. As part of the tour, Secretary King visited early learning centers in Denver, Colorado and in Wilmington, Delaware.
