Your Vote is Your Voice!

“Decisions are made by a majority of those who make themselves heard and who vote.”

It's time to elect new members to the DEC Executive Board! As DEC members, voting is your right and responsibility. Prior to voting, all members are reminded to review the Campaigning Guidelines.

Help us make this year the year that EVERY MEMBER VOTES! We need leaders ready to support our big ideas such as dissemination of the Recommended Practices!  As we build relationships with the current administration, we need leaders that can support advocacy efforts focused on the needs of young children with disabilities and other special needs, their families, and the professionals who serve them (that’s you)!  We count on you to elect new members to the Board who not only represent various constituents within DEC and our field as a whole, but also bring a high level of energy and commitment to serving the organization. Before you vote, please take a few moments to review the candidate profiles. Thank you for your continued commitment to young children with disabilities and other special needs and their families

The deadline to vote is December 1, 2019
