DEC Subdivisions are state or provincial groups of DEC members.
Subdivisions take an active role in building leadership,
advocating for children with special needs and their families,
creating ways for DEC members to connect with each other,
and disseminating information to members. Many subdivision
have annual conferences and other training events, newsletters,
and listservs.
