FUN IN MINNEAPOLIS
Minneapolis is celebrating its 150th anniversary and its ranking as one of America’s most livable cities. As a place to visit with your family or on your own, Minneapolis offers something for everyone. Inside the DEC•2008 conference there is much to gain; outside there is much to explore. Click here to explore all this great city has to offer!

For history buffs, visit Historic Fort Snelling, the Alexander Ramsey House, the Gopher Rifle and Revolver Club Museum, or tour the many historic landmarks. If art renews your soul, Minneapolis offers several major art museums, sculpture gardens, and some of the country’s best theater and live music performance venues. And, of course there’s shopping—both near the hotel at Nicollet Mall or a light-rail trip away to the Mall of America.

DEC•2008 warmly welcomes the entire family to Minneapolis where you’ll find lots of family fun, including two zoos, lakes and city parks to play in or run around, and the amusement park at the Mall of America.
