Young Exceptional Children is a peer-reviewed publication produced by the Division of Early Childhood of the Council for Exceptional Children. It is a practical resource designed for teachers, administrators, therapists, family members and others who work with young children with special needs. YEC is a quarterly journal that DEC members receive as a member benefit. Non members, including institutions, can subscribe to YEC separately.
