Connecticut Birth To 3 System

Contains videos for families on topics such as an orientation to the early intervention system and home visits, and other downloadable information including Individualized Family Service Plans, and the transition from the birth to 3 system to the school system. Kentucky: First Steps Family Orientation Video

Kentucky’s birth-three service system, First Steps, has created an orientation video for families entering Early Intervention services. View the video for information on what to expect, the Individualized Family Service Plan, and your role as a member of the team.

Ohio: Family Information Network (FIN) of Ohio

National Information Center for Children & Youth with Disabilities
