Exhibits and Advertising

The DEC conference is an excellent opportunity to grab the attention of teachers, administrators and other influential people in early childhood special education. Not only will you increase the recognition of your company or program, you will have unbeatable opportunities to promote books, equipment, toys and other resources to an audience of 1,100 to 1,300 people who need to know about you.

If you are interested in participating in our 2010 conference, please see the following documents:

Booth Rental & Set-Up:

Generally, each booth consists of one 8' x 10' standard draped booth, one 6' table, two chairs, wastebasket and a sign. Booth fees include 24-hour security. Additional furniture, electrical hook-ups, carpeting and phone lines are available through DEC’s decoration contractor.

DEC will assign space in priority order based on receipt of application and payment in full. Every effort is made to respect Exhibitor’s space choices, but DEC reserves the right to change booth assignments. Each Exhibitor must keep at least one attendant in the booth during all open Exhibit Hall hours. Displays must remain in place until the closing of the Exhibit Hall.
